Process


So you don’t need a fancy journal, a special moon phase, or a 12-step ritual to manifest your dreams. But if that’s your style, lean into it.


Now, here’s how to start Spripting today:

  1. Set the Scene: Find a cozy space where you can relax and feel good. Light a candle, grab your favorite tea—whatever sets the right vibe.

  2. Gratitude First: Warm up your brain by listing a few things you’re genuinely grateful for right now. This gratitude activates your creative, abundant mindset. If you’re able, try listing as many qualities and features about yourself that will help you achieve this vision you’re about to Script. It's easy to forget our power when bogged down by the daily grind. This will serve as your daily reminder.

    1. When I did this, I found I was able to shift into the perspective of the older sister, looking at her younger sister with so much pride at all she’s accomplished. When I reread it, I feel it as the younger sister, taking in the admiration of her older, wiser sister, who can confirm she’s on the right track.

  3. Script Your Future: With the foundation of gratitude laid, you’ll write as if your dream life and business already exist.  Be vivid here: describe what you’re doing, who you’re serving, how it feels, and what a typical “dream day” looks like.

  4. Feel It: The secret ingredient here is emotion. Let yourself feel the pride, joy, gratitude, or excitement you would feel if it were already real. If you find yourself struggling to feel these emotions without your logical brain piping up to argue, try scaling your vision back a smidge. Instead of jumping straight to the dream life you imagine is waiting for you after you’ve achieved every goal, try focusing on the new and improved life that’ll come with just one goal under your belt. Which goal do you have now that feels most achievable? Focusing on these small steps will help build your manifestation muscle so you can dream even bigger down the line.

  5. Repeat Often: From here, you'll read it back to yourself often—especially when you need a motivation boost or when self-doubt tries to creep in. But ideally, you’re reading this as you drift off to sleep AND the moment you wake up every day. In these moments, your brain is in an altered state that makes it more receptive to these ideas and feelings. After all, real life doesn’t tend to weigh you down as much before you get out of bed or look at your phone. But really, if you only read it once a day, make it before bed so you give your brain this vision to marinade on overnight.


Even just 5–10 minutes a few times a week can rewire your belief system and reset your energy toward aligned action. This isn't about controlling every outcome—it's about anchoring yourself in what's possible.


So you don't manifest by “wanting harder.” You manifest by becoming the person who naturally creates what they want. Scripting helps you practice being that person every single day.
